Belleville Systems operates TV Tracker at tvtracker.me. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Account Information: Your email address via Google OAuth or email magic link.
Library Data: TV shows you track, watch progress, ratings, and related recommendation or alert activity.
Payment Information: Processed by Stripe. We do not store payment card details.
Your data is stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL) on AWS US East. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data with: Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Google Analytics (aggregate product analytics), TMDB/TVMaze (show metadata and streaming lookup inputs — no personal account data).
You may request deletion of your account and all associated TV Tracker data at any time from the in-app account menu or by visiting our account deletion page. You can also email contact@tvtracker.me. We process deletion requests within 30 days.
When you request account deletion, we delete your TV Tracker profile, tracked shows, watch progress, ratings, and account-linked metadata that we control, except where we must retain limited records for fraud prevention, payment reconciliation, security, or legal compliance. Payment card data is handled by Stripe and is never stored directly by TV Tracker.
We use essential cookies required for authentication and limited privacy-conscious analytics. We do not use advertising cookies or sell behavioral profiles.
TV Tracker is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
